Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pass A Link ("Passa"), including passalink.com, our APIs, and iOS applications (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Passa lets you create encrypted, time-limited links to share sensitive information such as passwords and secrets. Secrets are encrypted on your device. We store only ciphertext and deliver it according to your settings.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Service. You represent that you have authority to share any information you upload and that doing so does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Passa to: • Share malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material • Harass, threaten, or harm others • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Circumvent rate limits or abuse protections • Attempt to access other users' secrets without authorization • Probe or scan our systems without permission

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report abuse to authorities. Report abuse to abuse@passalink.com.

Zero-Knowledge & Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for: • Safeguarding the full link URL including the #fragment key • Sharing links only through appropriate channels • Choosing suitable expiration and view limits • Ensuring recipients understand one-time links may self-destruct

We cannot recover lost keys or expired secrets. If you share a link publicly, anyone with the full URL may access the secret before view limits are reached.

Free and Paid Tiers

Free tier limits (links per month, TTL, view count) may apply and can change with notice. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms.

Subscription features, pricing, and limits are described in the app. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

Intellectual Property

We own the Passa name, logo, website, and software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you encrypt. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit ciphertext solely to operate the Service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://passalink.com/privacy explains how we handle data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PASSA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Passa from claims arising from your use of the Service, content you share, or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.

Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Vietnam unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted at https://passalink.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
